Refund policy

All sales are final. Because every print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: If you received the wrong print, contact us and we'll make it right immediately.
